Amazon Rainforest - Yasuni National Park
Manatee Amazon Explorer

This genuine canoe expedition takes place at the upper Amazon basin in one of its 1500 tributaries. This is the Napo River located at the north-eastern corner of Ecuador. Just around this area, one should be able to find over 2000 species of flowering plants, 100 species of mammals, 400 species of birds, 100 amphibians and reptiles and more than 100 species of butterflies.

There will be an amalgamation of canoe trips, hikes and camping in order to get into remote areas of the world famous Yasuní National Park and Cuyabeno Wildlife Reserve. Our idea is to explore these far-off places in search of astounding indigenous people and elusive animals like the Jaguar, Giant Otters, White-lipped Peccaries, Manatees and much more. Several months of research followed by canoe trips into this region allowed us to design an ideal expedition for you.
